Who we are
Social Medispa is a marketing agency based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. We provide SEO, AI visibility (generative engine optimization), social media management, video production, and website design and development to medical aesthetic clinics, med spas, skincare brands and medical device companies.
This website is information, not an offer
The pages on this site, including any prices, packages, inclusions and timelines, are published for information and may change at any time without notice. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quote. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and do not include applicable taxes.
Client engagements are governed by a separate agreement
If you engage us, the written proposal, service agreement or statement of work we sign with you governs that engagement, and it takes precedence over anything on this website. That document sets out your specific deliverables, fees, term, minimum commitment, setup fees and cancellation terms. Where advertising is included in a plan, media spend paid to Meta, Google or any other platform is separate from our fees unless the agreement says otherwise.
What we do not guarantee
Search rankings, AI assistant recommendations, follower growth, enquiry volume and booking volume all depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, your market, your competitors, your pricing, your availability and how your team handles the enquiries we generate. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, citation, traffic level, lead volume or revenue outcome. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics, photography, video and code on this website belong to Social Medispa or to our clients and licensors, and are protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or use our content or the case studies and campaign work shown here for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client logos, brand names, testimonials and campaign footage shown on this site are used with the permission of the clients concerned and remain their property. Third party product and device brand names are the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of Social Medispa.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to interfere with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
